SMS Communications

TradersUtopia operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment-related text messages to applicants who explicitly opt in through our 1-on-1 strategy call application form.

How we collect SMS consent

SMS consent is collected through an unchecked checkbox on the application form at the step where you provide your phone number. By checking that box you agree to receive text messages from TradersUtopia. Providing your phone number without checking the consent box does not enroll you in SMS communications. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Types of messages we send

• Booking confirmations for your scheduled strategy call.
• 24-hour appointment reminders with a join link.
• Post-call follow-up messages with next steps.
• A one-time opt-in confirmation message sent immediately after you subscribe.

Message frequency varies based on your application activity, up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email info@tradersutopia.com.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), nonce-based content security policies, request rate limiting, and secure secret management through AWS Secrets Manager. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
