By accessing or using the TradersUtopia 1-on-1 strategy call application at apply.tradersutopia.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By submitting an application, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
TradersUtopia provides educational content, tools, and one-on-one strategy consultations. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Any decisions you make based on our content or consultations are entirely your own and at your own risk.
The strategy call application collects information about your trading experience, goals, and financial situation to determine whether the program is a fit. Completing the application does not guarantee a call. Qualification decisions are made automatically based on your responses and are final.
If you qualify and book a strategy call, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. We will send confirmation and reminder communications via email and, if you opted in, via SMS. Failure to attend without notice may affect your eligibility for future appointments.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on the application form, you agree to receive automated text messages from TradersUtopia at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We send appointment-related messages including booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, and post-call follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments, up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. TradersUtopia is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.
Your mobile phone number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

TradersUtopia makes no representations or guarantees regarding earnings, profits, or income. Any examples of trading success shown on our platforms are exceptional results and not typical. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
